Who owns the files
Under the Terms, rights in content you submit or generate stay with you, subject to intellectual property law. Results have no Apollo Labs watermark. We do not charge a royalty. You do not have to credit Apollo Labs.
Client work, ads, and paid posts
Download finished files from your creation history and hand them off like any other file. Keep the prompt and settings so you can remake it later. How long files stay available depends on your plan. Free keeps them 7 days, Pro 14, Ultra 30, Enterprise 90.
What to check before you publish
Do not prompt for real people's faces or voices without permission. Avoid trademarks you do not own. Music Maker tracks follow the same ownership terms as other outputs. Some platforms ask you to label AI content. Follow those rules. For a high-stakes campaign, get legal review before launch.
