Captioner takes a talking clip and burns karaoke-style captions into the frames. Three to five words sit on screen in a fat sans. The current word lights up. The rest of the line stays in your text color, with a thick outline you control.
Upload a clip up to 60 seconds, then add speech audio or paste a script. If the speech is longer than the clip, the picture loops until the audio ends. Leave both empty and we transcribe the video soundtrack. Placement is top, center, or lower middle.
